Presentation Update

Hey Guys, It is me again Sudiksha. For the past few days, and my groupmates have been super busy and stressed. It has not been an easy journey. It was a unique experience for us since we initially had 5 ideas that were all rejected. We had to make a PowerPoint and an infographic with data and make a visually interesting story. Our first idea was social media usage during the pandemic however,  our teacher found this topic boring. We then came up with the idea of fast food consumption rate during a pandemic which my teacher said the data would not be available online because big companies would want to keep the data confidential. After that, we thought that during this pandemic we are more likely to use the delivery services like Gojek and Grab but we got the same response from our teacher in which the data would be hard to obtain. We were thinking of online shopping during teenagers but my teacher said that it was boring. We tried thinking of another topic which was Mukbang, because we taught it was a trend, nonetheless, my teacher somewhat found it nauseating. In the end, we found a suitable topic which was Spotify usage during the quarantine. This journey has taught us perseverance, we had to still get back up even when we were so annoyed at times. We had to find ways to research new ideas if one idea was rejected and did not mean we gave up right after a rejection. I would upload some pictures of our brainstorming sessions with our teacher and my friends.

This image was in the breakout room during class time.

Those were some of the examples of constructive criticism from our teacher.

This was the brainstorming process that was happening in the
writing fundamentals group chat between us.

This was when we were making the PowerPoint and the Infographic together in zoom.

This was us learning how to make a good infographic in class.
